Great Car, Great Process, a Little Loose on Followup. I bought a great vehicle from Carvana, which I love. The purchase and financing was easy and the vehicle was delivered to my house right on time. I bought a great vehicle from Carvana, which I love. The purchase and financing was easy and the vehicle was delivered to my house right on time. I was able to test drive and go over the vehicle the same way you do at a dealer. I had 7 days to have the car check out before Carvana took any money from me. I didn't need the free Carvana short term warrantee, but it was nice to know it was there. There is an option to buy an extended warranty also. The car was delivered with a Georgia temporary registration and plate. At this point there were some bumps in the road, which did all get resolved fairly quickly. Carvana wasn't able to provide me with my permanent registration and plates until 5 days after my temporary registration expired. Although Carvana did compensate me for the extra time, it never really needed to happen. I was asked for the VIN Inspection form as the car was brought in from out of state. No problem, except this had already been completed by their own agent in Connecticut. Then I was asked for my insurance card that had been included in another email. Once I sent it, no problem, but the process was delayed by the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Everyone was courteous and it was all worked out. This seems to be a recurring theme with Carvana customer service. So, if you have all your ducks in a row and can afford to be patient, you'll be happy in the end. If not, Carvana might not be for you. More
