The service at Casa de Cadillac is great! Every time I drop my car off, they call me the same or next day with a review of what needs to be done along with the cost. My experience purchasing my vehicle was exceptional. In regards to my service experience, it was not as good. I waited for about 4.5 hours to get my car detailed and wheels changed and during this time nobody came to tell me the status of my vehicle; I had to hunt people down to get answers. There was also a scratch near the drivers door handle that was supposed to be buffed out; however, they were unable to do so and at the same time the clearcoat over the paint was rubbed off. It's not a big deal but I do not want to be held responsible for this scratch when the vehicle is returned at the end of the lease. To make a long story short, my sales experience with Casa de Cadillac was nothing less that what I expected and I was extremely pleased! More
