My family was greeted right away by Sam, who is really a great young man and it was smooth sailing from there, car was still in stock, test drove it, and although I had Capital One to finance the purchase I was qualified with BMW finance at a lower percentage rate and with ease! And the price on the car was even lower than when I had originally saw it! #winning! The staff were all friendly, you can feel the great work chemistry from these folks when you walk in no matter what they do there. This was no doubt the best car buying experience I've ever had. And we love our new X5. I will definitely be back someday soon to purchase an X6 from them! Thank you to all of them! More

The professionalism, how personable he was. Very funny... I was just blown away. When you think of finance and crunching numbers you panic. However, Tiffany Weddle the numbers lady is the best she made me comfortable and came and spoke to me to find out where my comfort for payments was. Our negotiation was the funniest. They always smiled, made me feel comfortable. I feel that I have built relationships for life. I can't see my self going anywhere else or to any other dealership. After the sale Cody came along and walked my son through the features of apple play as well as other great features of his vehicle. I Love him too. We met Joe, and Sam who was cool & very nice. Llyod is an Awesome GM and must be the luckiest Manager to have such an awesome team behind him. I hate to even end this post because seriously they took really good care of us. DO NOT USE CASEY BMW Have had seven BMWs over twenty years dealing with different dealerships with no problems. Casey was a nightmare from the start. When first leasing the car, the salesmen told me the car was there, ready to be picked up. When we arrived, no car. He wanted me to "do the paperwork" and pay the fees and deposit without a car. Had service done several weeks ago. They had the car for ten days. Since no one was calling me with any kind of update. I had to keep calling them to try to find out what was going on. Could not get an answer, was told service rep, service manager nor general manager was there that day. The kicker...when I finally got the car back, there were 35 + extra miles on the odometer reading More

Beware of Tiffany We had our experience during their event at the Hampton Coliseum. They had several used cars from all of their locations. Once you found a vehicle you We had our experience during their event at the Hampton Coliseum. They had several used cars from all of their locations. Once you found a vehicle you were interested in, you had to go inside and work with that particular store. We had the best salesman ever. We went over what our goals were as far as payments were concerned even though we were a little flexible on terms. After a couple back and forth typical offers, Tiffany came over to help try to negotiate the deal. She was the most condescending and rude person imaginable. After explaining the same payment goals to her, she went back to try to put numbers together. She come back with another option far from what we expressed. Then, she tells us she was done playing games and walks away. She was extremely unprofessional! However, due to the awesome salesman, we were still able to work out a deal with a different Casey location. In fact, it went so well, we were able to buy a new vehicle at Casey Honda versus the used vehicle at Casey BMW. My suggestion is to stay away from Casey BMW as long as you still see Tiffany as part of their team on their website. She truly believes she sits on the tallest pedestal overlooking you and anyone else she encounters. More
Service Department Rip off I had to get my vehicle towed to casey bmw because it wouldn't start one day and the service advisor Corey called me and told me I had water damage le I had to get my vehicle towed to casey bmw because it wouldn't start one day and the service advisor Corey called me and told me I had water damage leaking in my trunk to my battery and corroded my battery cable for a period of time. So he immediately told me to call my insurance company and file a claim. So I did and he told me the cost to fix my car was about $5000. I went back and forth with the insurance company trying to get them to pay it and I kept getting denied. So I was left with no vehicle for 3 weeks. The service dept at Casey had my vehicle sitting outside like it was so much wrong with it and they were telling me all the water was coming in because of a piece of moulding in the trunk. So finally I decided to just pay to get it towed to another dealership because I wasn't paying $5000. I was so upset and pissed that Corey put me through all that for 3 weeks when I got my vehicle fixed for about $600. Now my vehicle is back working great. I will never go to this Dealer again for maintenance. They are trying to get over on customers and insurance company's. That is not right! More
