Used car purchase Don Moore was very helpful in finding a used car to the criteria I provided. The car came into another Casey dealership and wasn’t ready for showi Don Moore was very helpful in finding a used car to the criteria I provided. The car came into another Casey dealership and wasn’t ready for showing upon our initial appointment, but this was not Don’s fault. The car was transferred to Casey BMW And purchased from that location. However the fact that the car was transferred within the Casey network caused delays in paperwork processing at the time of sale. To improve the Casey brand, looking at connectivity improvements between dealerships would be helpful in improving customer service. The only other complaint is that I had to return to the dealership twice after the sale. Once to pick up the second key and once to pick up my plates. Another customer service improvement would be to consolidate those visits or mail the plates to my house. Overall my experience with Don Moore as a salesperson was outstanding and the experience with Casey “good”. More

Reset our maintenance notifications. Chris was very helpful. We came by at the last minute on a Saturday. Pull in the service bay, explained the problem. Service/Maintenance of Vehicle Usually I enjoy my service but the last one on 31 Dec was not so good. Brought my vehicle in for oil change and some other maintenance. When the wor Usually I enjoy my service but the last one on 31 Dec was not so good. Brought my vehicle in for oil change and some other maintenance. When the work was completed I received my car and started it. There was a burning smell in my car and it was knocking and shaking. I took my car back to the service area. My Rep heard it too and asked me to open my hood. There was no oil cap on my engine. They took it in the back and said they found it under the air filter compartment. On 2 Jan, my vehicle still did not sound right, so I opened my hood. There were no screws in my air filter compartment. Thats why it was still making noise. I had to take 2 hours of leave from work to go back to BMW Casey to have that issue fixed. As of today, everything seems to be ok. More
