Not only did he beat his competitor's (in Va Beach) quoted price; He also made sure to put me in a loaner BMW X5, (so I could turn in my rental car & avoid further rental charges), while waiting to have my BMW X3 delivered from Raliegh, NC...his competition wasn't willing to do that for me! TO TOP IT ALL OFF: He threw in some BMW all-weather matts for my new car, and he even managed to get my NEW BMW DELIVERED to his store THE VERY NEXT DAY (6 days EARLIER, than both he & his competition told me I could expect delivery) he's my new HERO! 😁 Shortly after I showed up to take possession of my vehicle: Lloyd SURPRISED ME with a very THOUGHTFUL GIFT!!! Lloyd went out of his way to order me a nice protective cover for the second row seating area; so now I can travel anywhere (worry-free) with my two large breed dogs in the back, and not have to worry about damaging the leather seats!
