When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, all the paperwork and the vehicle were ready to go and we were complete in under two hours. Don provided first class treatment! While going over the paperwork in the business office, we noticed a discrepancy between what I was told verbally and what the paperwork said. The issue was a significant amount of money, and an honest error. Don and the GM chose to honor the verbal agreement, demonstrating uncommon integrity. I know this cost Casey BMW monetarily, but I hope that those who read this review will be as impressed as I am and choose to do business here and more than make up the difference. I wish more people in this world would honor their word like Casey BMW did. Well done! More
