Corey kept us advised as to the progress of the car's production, even providing a link to track the ship transporting the car from Germany! When the car arrived, Corey explained the workings of the car from A to Z, even setting up a follow-up appointment for any questions we would have after driving the car for a while. Corey is a true professional, who emphasized customer service. My 2016 BMW X3 purchase Well each time my wife seem a BMW commercial on TV, at the end of it she always said that's a nice car. I would say, YEP!! One day!! Than the ad stated that the X3 had a special price. So while we were out one evening, we stopped by Casey BMW. They were in the process of closing on a Saturday around 7:45 pm. I simply wanted to just look inside the car. But a gentleman by the name of Ryan Thomas came over and wanted to take the time to show me the car. I told him that I was just looking, and know that they were closing, but he ensured me that it was ok, and not a problem. He displayed great customer service, by answering all my questions, then we left. Later during the week, my wife and I talked about what we wanted in the car, as well as the fact that I really didn't care to by a car from Casey, based on the pass. But because of Ryan, and the way he presented himself we went back to Casey BMW. We founded out that Ryan was the Sales Manager, but he put us with a young man by the name of Corey Street. Corey was fairly new with Casey, but he was very knowledgeable of the vehicles we looked at. Corey truly listed to what we were looking for in the vehicles, but wasn't trying to convince us to buy any thing just to sale a car. His customer service was outstanding. More

Mike Russell was my salesman this time around. He was knowledgeable about the line, not pushy but always right there when you needed him. I feel like this dealership has really put their experience to good use. Even the paperwork went smoothly. Mike had a paper that detailed all the steps in the purchase and how much time each step might take, and though I was out long before the estimate, one of the things I dread about buying a car is how long the process can take. Everything about my purchase reinforced my feeling that I was buying the right car at the right place. I really felt like they value my time and my patronage--a great experience. More

There have been nine dealers and nineteen new car buys or leases with numerous salespersons. I guess that my tenth dealer on my twentieth car is the charm. This is my first BMW and my first experience with the Casey BMW dealership. It has been a fantastic experience from the start. I walked into Casey BMW one day to look around and get some information. Jimmy Jones came out and introduced himself to me and as they say, the rest is history. We hit it right off. Jimmy is Casey's BMW Genius. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about their cars. He found out what I was interested in and introduced me to a model I didn't know they had. Today I am leasing a beautiful BMW X4 35i xDrive Sports Activity Coupe. I have come to value Jimmy as a friend as well as well as being one of his clients. The other person who helped me with my lease is Casey BMW's General Manager, Lloyd Howell. He is another true professional I was fortunate to deal with. Lloyd was extremely helpful in arranging a deal and setting up financing that I was comfortable with. I would also add that he gave me a fantastic deal. I know that when my current lease is up, I won't consider doing business with anyone else, anywhere else. They have earned a new customer for life. I never imagined that doing business with a dealership could be so pleasant and satisfying, and yes, it's been a lot of fun !! More
