I wanted to share my experience with Joe Hargrave who assisted me. Initially I went with a friend to pick up her new vehicle, I have been driving a BMW for the past three years and Casey BMW is the best assisted me. I ended up purchasing a newer model used car, Joe was very patient as I knew I wanted to make a change yet did not want to loose any of the perks my current car offered. I am spoiled and have no problem admitting it. The entire experience was wonderful, no high pressure tactics we have all experience with other dealers. A funny thing happened to me while waiting for my car to get serviced. As usual, my wife, Paulette and I always grab a cup of coffee and visit Wayne Heath if he is not busy with a client. We met Wayne and then I started asking questions about the convertible Z4 which led us to checking them out as well as other convertibles. Well, when my service was completed on my 335i, we were waiting for the new 2013 328i hardtop convertible to be prepared for delivery to us (go figure, hey?). Wayne makes purchasing a car so much fun. He is a no pressure guy and diligently worked with us to work within our budget. He is really good at explaining and showing you all the neat features of the cars. Then, to top it off we finished the purchase with Dan Deir. He explains the financing, optional insurance/protection options, and easily works you through the paperwork. He is also a pleasure to conduct business with and quite a professional! Both, Wayne and Dan, make going to Casey BMW fun; not only during a sale, but on repeated visits when we get service. We have purchased three BMWs from Casey BMW and currently have the new convertible and my wife's X3.
