I recently contacted the sales dept at Casey BMW in hopes they could help me find the perfect car to buy my mom for her birthday. Perhaps not such a difficult request but for the fact that I live in Chicago they could help me find the perfect car to buy my mom for her birthday. Not to mention I wanted a very specific car that was not available on their lot and of course I wanted it delivered to her home as a surprise. I was so fortunate that Duncan was the one who picked up the phone on my initial call as he was excellent to deal with. Not only did he find the perfect car but he was attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. My sales person was Demetra Marcotte. She was surprisingly attentive and anxious to serve me. There was no haggling involved in this purchase.
