I had a 2 pm appointment with Aziah Robinson for an inspection. I was not impressed with the interaction as there really was none. I went to Ms. Robinson’s location and she handed me the paperwork (I have been dealing with Casey’s service department since 2014 and this is the first time I was not impressed with the service staff. It seems like all or most of the staff are young. Ms Robinson was too busy socializing with others that she did not have time to deal with me. I am very unhappy with the service department.
