Bottom line, general sales manager Travis Battles and the management crew are conducting shady business practices and taking advantage of people and the current truck shortage. I was given a price/payment, put a deposit on an "in-transit" Trail Boss. I find out that the sales manager was "highly upset" with the "deal" that I was quoted. Note, I received no extra special deal, just the standard cash back being offered to everyone and the GM Military deal. I go in to purchase, sign everything, drop my deposit, and what happens? They back track on their word and nearl bumped the total amount by $1000. I also find out that they had another buyer already lined up to purchase the truck. The sales manager was forcing me to pay more or was more than happy to force me out of the sale and move on to someone who was duped to pay more. I do have to note salesman Brandon was a good guy, did what he could, but lost my business due to his horrible sales manager. If you are looking for a truck impacted by the manufacturing shortage, don't go to Casey Chevrolet, they are ready to string you along, go back on their word, and take advantage of you and the current shortage.
