My father is a Chevy guy and very loyal to this dealership for a reason, because every time he goes it’s like being taken care of by family. So when it came time for me to get my first car the deci dealership for a reason, because every time he goes it’s like being taken care of by family. Humiliated and embarrassed after I took my vehicle in for service. After only having the vehicle for almost 4 months now, it might need a new transmission, but who knows because the service center hasn’t upd service. After only having the vehicle for almost 4 months now, it might need a new transmission, but who knows because the service center hasn’t updated me on what is actual issue is. It was unprofessionally handled at the service department after speaking to multiple people both from Casey Chevrolet and the Volkswagen service dept absolutely NO ONE had any answers to resolve the issue. So now I’m stuck with no response or resolution, having to pay for a diagnostic test and having to pay for a rental vehicle, which I’m sure this only the beginning of the amount of money I’m going to have to dish out for this vehicle that was sold to me. I am at a complete loss here!!!! More

On 7/14/22, I closed a Deal on a 2022 Chevy 4 dr Custom truck. Once again it was a "Great! Day at Casey's Chevrolet". I bought my first "Brand New" vehicle. That I said, I would never buy. But they mad truck. Once again it was a "Great! Day at Casey's Chevrolet". I bought my first "Brand New" vehicle. That I said, I would never buy.
