Charles greeted my husband outside and instantly had enthusiasm and helped him. We were so impressed with his personality. He was way different than the multiple pushy salesmen we have incountered. We ended up falling in love with the minivan. Charles went above and beyond to get us an amazing deal on our van. We were so impressed!! More

The first day I went to get the recalls done, my appointment was at 9:30am and they said my vehicle would be ready by 2:30-3. Prior to them taking my vehicle, I asked since the control arms would be replaced, would I also be receiving an alignment, since at that point my alignment on my vehicle was fine. My service advisor Katie, stated yes. I never received a phone call so I called them. They said it would be a little bit longer because "he's banging with a mallet because he's having trouble taking off the part." Again I called a few hours later after not hearing anything, they stated my vehicle wasn't ready and would need to stay overnight and would be ready by 10:30am. I said okay that's fine. Next day, I again, never received a phone call and called myself around 10 and the work still was not completed. Katie stated if it wasn't done by today they would look into getting me a loaner car. Around 1, I called again and my vehicle was done. I went to pick up my vehicle. They did not tell me I would need a second appointment to install the door latches. They also never aligned it. So, I called again to schedule another appointment due to it not being aligned, and asked if I also needed to make an appointment for the door latches since no one had mentioned anything about it. They had simply said I was "good to go." Went to my next appointment two days later, dropped off the car at 12:30 they stated it would be ready in an hour and call me. I got there at 2:30 after never receiving a call, and the service technician didn't know I was behind him. When asked if he finished on the van, he stated "I haven't started on that xxxx yet." So again, I am asked to wait until 3:30 and they will call me when it's done. I again, never received a phone call and just showed up close to 4:30. The work on the door latches was completed however the main reason for the appointment (for the alignment) was not completed, but they stated my vehicle was "done and ready to go." After I left I then called to speak with a manager, my first call was ignored and they let the phone ring for almost two minutes. I called back and requested not to be transferred but to be put on directly with a supervisor or manager. The manager, Joe, stated that they are not required to do alignments on the recalls they did. When I explained it's a control arm and suspension work requires an alignment. He stated yes but the recall doesn't include an alignment and then stated he would actually like to drive the vehicle himself at a third appointment. Had I not been told after I asked on the very first day I would be getting an alignment I would have been fine, however they told me not once but FOUR times that they would be giving my vehicle an alignment and it was never done. I'm taking it back today to see if they will give the van an alignment but after all of the xxxx we've gone through I'd rather go somewhere else. Also, according to Kia customer service and the manager, the recall states they are not required to do alignments after replacing the control arms (major suspension work), this would be at the discretion of the dealer. Edit: After the service manager Joe learned about my experience he did his best to correct the situation even though I was just given incorrect information by a member of the staff. I was given an alignment and due to having to make so many appointments and the experiences he also mounted and balanced our new tires for free. During our time there, they kept us informed and made sure we were comfortable, not one but about six people asked us if we were okay or needed anything while we were there. Joe also test drove it before and after and test drove it with my husband as well. Overall, I will likely return to this dealership for any future needs. More

Badara asked me if I would like to tes I took my 2007 Kia Sorento in to Katie for service and while I was waiting I started looking at some new ones. Badara asked me if I would like to test drive one of the new Sorentos and I told him not really, I was just looking but I really wanted to go smaller as it was a little larger than I wanted now. We went to look at the Sportage and I fell in love. I really didn't want to get a new vehicle yet because mine only had 50,000 miles on it but he talked me into a test drive. while they were working on mine. I really loved it then.. I found out mine was going to cost almost as much as the trade-in to fix so Badara started wheeling & dealing & got the payments I wanted on the new vehicle and I left with a brand new Sportage. Thanks Badara, for someone not looking for a new car, you really got me what I wanted & "needed". :) You're the BEST!! Roberto, the manager, also asked me a few times if he could help me in any way and gave me a couple of Casey mugs just for having to wait a while to get things completed. James Regan got me great financing with the bank I wanted also. It was a great day at Casey Kia !! More

I ( at that point ) was very blunt and abrupt with Charles and let him know we were just there to look and gather some information to which he stated that was fine that he was only there to help and asked what were were looking for and promptly pointed us in the right direction. We didn't see the specific car we were looking for so he offered to take us inside to locate the car ( which we had seen on-line ) and upon getting inside I saw Roberto ( General Manager ) who we had dealt with before and Charles went to the Sales Counter and got him. Roberto came over and greeted us and being repeat customers ( our 3rd Kia ) I cut right to the chase and told him our situation, what we were looking for and what we needed to accomplish. Roberto understood and Charles jumped into action. I must say that buying ( yes we ended up buying today even after committing not to ) from Charles and Casey Kia is an incredible experience. Charles NEVER once made us feel rushed ( even though we didn't want to be there ) or feel like he was trying to sell us a car. Charles understood why we were there and what we were trying to accomplish and accommodated us in every way possible. We went to Casey today to gather information to see if this car would fit our budget and the circumstances we are in, Charles and the staff helped us in every way possible and made the experience quick, easy and painless. We left the dealership at one point to discuss the matter ( after receiving sales figures ) and the staff was very understanding about why we didn't want to commit right at that moment and they were willing to give us all the time we needed to make a decision. After taking a few hours to discuss the numbers and the transaction we called back and asked them to get the paperwork started ( not at all what I had imagined for today ). When we returned to the dealership Charles had the paperwork started and only needed to get the car cleaned and fueled while we went through finance. Finance was a breeze - if you haven't bought a car in a while things have changed. There was NEVER any pressure from anyone at the dealership to buy anything we didn't want, they were clear and concise in their explanations and went above and beyond. My wife and I have bought 15 cars over the years and this was by far the easiest transaction I have ever had and one of the most enjoyable. If you are like me then you hate spending your day at the dealership playing games with the staff, I can honestly say if you go into Casey Kia and you are up front with them from the very beginning and let them know what you are trying to do they will help you in every way possible and guide you through the process. I personally want to recognize Charles for his demeanor, never once did we feel like we had to leave with a car today, never once did we feel like we were wasting his time because we were " gathering information ", Charles is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with and if you are looking for honest and straight shooting then he is your guy. best service and an awesome person Mr. Rob have my car sounding better as far as the airbag light that was on for years that was due too lots of dollars and coins. My car was making some funny noises many people thought it was a transmission mount which was wrong. When i used to put it in drive it bounces up. They used my existing parts to fix my airbag for cheaper price. Basically I got everything done that was required as half the price of the airbag price. i like when someone can work with me. I will be going back soon for more work. He is a great person, they washed the car and they picked me up from work. He just got me out the woods for passing my car for an inspection due to the air bag, light bulb repair and transmission fluid flush. More

With the help of Badara Sow, Steve Jernigan and James Regan I was able to go home with the car I've always wanted.
