My daughter purchased a car from him and 2013 & BC of that experience it was no question why I returned to the dealership to have him as my sales Rep. Brandon is consistently professional, no hassle, no pressure, gregarious, patient and ensures your satisfied with your selection prior to any negotiations. He is family oriented and an excellent representation of the company. Brandon should be recognized for his work ethics and professionalism. And on top of it all I am extremely satisfied with my first ever Kia purchase. Not sure I would've ever considered Kia if it wasn't for my experience 3 years ago or if Brandon wasn't the sales Rep! Great Service Mrs. Katie Gilbert is always such an endearing person. Every time that I go for whatever service she sees and greets me with a smile. One time I came in and there were babies crying and havoc everywhere and it even looked like she was the only rep available but she didn't seem stressed out and she didn't use those circumstances to be rude like so many people do today.
