Trying to get a loaner car while been needs service. I was supposed to have my car serviced at the Collision Center which is for my Kia. When I showed up, they asked me if I had set up a rental with Hert I was supposed to have my car serviced at the Collision Center which is for my Kia. When I showed up, they asked me if I had set up a rental with Hertz and I said no because I was not informed I needed to do this when I got my estimate. My car got damaged by a tree company service so I got the estimate and sent to them and they had already sent me the check. The person at the collision should have informed me of this so I could have included that in my estimate. So I was very upset and headed to Casey Kia the dealership in Newport news and Katie who works there was very understanding and talked to her mangement and was able to get me a loaner car while mine would be serviced. She was awesome and I appreciate it so much. The Casey Collision Center was not helpful at all and would not try to help me! The dealership is much nicer and never had a bad experience with them! More
