I was suspecting to be approached by a "Classic Sales" personality but was pleasantly surprised when approached by Kashon, He was very personable and friendly, he showed genuine concern when asking about my needs so he could point me in the right direction instead of steer me in his own direction. He even went out of his way to make sure his boss thanked me just for stopping by. I really appreciate the way I was treated even though I made it clear I was only there to gather information. If I decide on a Kia I will make sure to go out of my way to ensure Kashon earns my business. More

I stopped at Casey Kia just to look around and see the cars. I was approached by George who asked me if I was interested in a car, and possibly a test drive. Pressed for time, I declined, but said I would bee back in a week to take him up on the offer. Within that time I was contacted by Kellie about a car I had shown interest in online. In both interactions I was greeted with a pleasant, positive attitude. I decided then that I would be buying my car from them. I came in early for my test drive and was greeted by Andre who was at once friendly and approachable. I liked the car, but it was a lot bigger than I had expected. After describing what I was looking for Andre said he knew just the car. I test drove the Kia Rio hatchback and it was exactly what I had originally been looking for. The overall friendly atmosphere of the dealership and its' representatives goes a long way to ease the stress of buying a car. Andre was able to work with my budget and I ended up getting a new car instead of a used one. I will highly recommend this dealership. Thank you Casey Kia! More

On Monday afternoon, I got a call from him saying that we had been approved by a bank. I picked up my wife from work and my son from school. When we got there, Brandon had everything together for us. He had even picked out a car that he thought we would like. And we loved it. Haven't seen my wife smile so hard in while. Major Brownie points. We were in and out in no time. Excellent job. I did my research, I test drove a lot of vehicles from different dealerships (and more than once, and even had some over for a sleep over ... that is, overnight stay), and I was long overdue for a new car because the car I was driving was paid off, well, about 20 years ago. In the final round, I targeted Casey Kia because they had the specific car I was looking for (white Soul +, sound and sun package) and of course at the right price. The staff was great, helpful, professional, respectful and most of all, patient. I tend to ask a lot of questions and my wife refers to that process as the "interrogation mode." I call it "due diligence" and it fits my engineering mentality. I had a great experience, and they even offered to drive ole Betsy (my 22 year old Ford Taurus) back to my house so that I could sport back home in my new Kia Soul +. I call that service and going the extra mile. As a business person, I pick up on those type of details and it does make a difference. Laura Gayle did a great job and walked me through the entire process after "I" made the decision as to what I wanted. She was supported by Todd Gilliam and Steve Jernigan. Roberto (GM) was very appreciative and congratulatory with my purchase and that was a very nice and personal touch. Ask him for a hug as the final item to seal the deal. Actually Laura provided the hug and that was swell also. Now only if my dentist would provide hugs versus small rubber ducky toys when I blast out of his office at the end of my six month teeth beatings (I mean cleanings). Well done Casey Kia. I would like to say you will have a repeat customer soon but if I drove and maintained a Ford Taurus for 22 years, I think most of you will be retired before I come back in say, ah, 2038.
