I was in the market for a car and had been to several dealers in the area. Some seemed disinterested in my business altogether and others were so aggressive for a sale I felt I was border-lined harassed. This was not the case at Casey Kia, the entire staff was helpful, professional and treated me with great care. Brandon Thompson was exceptional: personable, knowledgable, patient, and very respectful of my time, going out of his way to get me the car I wanted at the best possible price. There were dealers with the car I wanted closer to where I live but making such a big purchase only felt right when dealing with the people at Casey…definitely worth the drive! He answered all of our questions and informed us of many facts regarding the Optima and early lease termination possibilities. We received a very nice follow up call. We returned to the dealership two weeks later and met Sarah Smalls. She was excellent as well. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgable about the company, the product and the financial aspects. We could not have had a more pleasant experience. Plus, we got a great deal and now own an Optima! We were treated with respect and received straight answers and had no surprises when it was time to sign papers. We love driving our beautiful new Kia! More

Just looking, but left with two! I had a 2012 Kia Optima and I was just looking around the lot to see what they had and what new amenities were in newer cars. My fiancée and I were th I had a 2012 Kia Optima and I was just looking around the lot to see what they had and what new amenities were in newer cars. My fiancée and I were there to look for her a new SUV, we are adopting and I wanted better safety and hands free for our soon-to-be son. I took a 2013 Optima Hybrid for a ride and she took the 2014 Kia Sorento, WE FELL IN LOVE. To make matters worse, the sales staff was amazing, attentive, relaxed and just wanted the best for us, even it was for me to keep my 2012 and us to explore different dealerships. My budget is comfortable and I did not want it to be tight, I told the sales agents that we did not want payments being any higher than what I was paying for my 2012 and that my fiancée's budget was limited. I upgraded the interior, now have navigation and better gas mileage, plus I am paying less than what I was paying before, including the additional maintenance and miscellaneous coverages. My fiancée has a newer car by 6 years, now has navigation, optional 3rd row seating, heated and cooled leather seats and it is NOT a mini van (yes, this was extremely important for her). She, too, got the additional oil maintenance, tire rotation, miscellaneous coverage for tires, nicks, and damage. Our payments are still in the same ball park as what I was paying alone and we could not be happier. Brandon, Laura and Roberto were amazing and if you are going to buy a new Kia, stop by Casey Kia in Newport News. They are more interested in making you happy than padding their pockets. More
They LIstened to me! I went in late evening and Sarah came up to me and we discussed what I was looking for in a car. I test drove the Soul the Forte and the Rio and Sara I went in late evening and Sarah came up to me and we discussed what I was looking for in a car. I test drove the Soul the Forte and the Rio and Sarah was very knowledgable about the cars and laid back. We talked about what I could afford and she kept me on course because I love all the bells and whistles and she helped me so that I was able to get some of the ones I wanted. Seh called and checked in on and I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of a high pressured salesman. She explained the entire process along the way and introduced me to the team that would be helping me wiht my financing. On the day I picked up the car Sarah was right there and she took her time as we went through everything that the car had to offer she walked me through each thing so that I had knowledge of each step. Then she set up my first appointment for the 30 day check up and text me the date and time. The other thing I loved about Sara was that she was very respectful of my time. She would text me instead of calling me which was great as I could answer her and let her know where I was at. The management and the Finance manager were great too. They worked closely with me explaining each step and what we were waiting for. I would recommend this dearlership and the Kia to anyone I know. I will tell anyone I know looking for a car to go to Sarah because she really does deliver and takes care of the buyer. More
Great Dealership I’ve always taken my Kia optima Hybrid in for service and this particular service needed my car to stay for a couple of days. Casey KIA was nice enoug I’ve always taken my Kia optima Hybrid in for service and this particular service needed my car to stay for a couple of days. Casey KIA was nice enough to let me hold a new vehicle while I waited for mines to be completed. I was teamed up with Laura Gayle and what a delight it was to work with her. She listened to my concerns and answered them, she made sure I picked the car of my choice (loaner) and insisted I try another if I did not like the one I currently had. From there I grew attached to the Vehicle I drove for a couple of days and ended up leasing it. After the purchase she helped me familiarize myself with the new features and the next day (a lot changed from 2011 to 2014). Also thanks to Mr. Dial the Sales Manager and Mrs. Stewart service Manager, and the friendly crew! More
