We've been pretty happy with Casey Kia service since we bought our car there in 2015, but our most recent state inspection visit left us feeling ripped off. They placed an order for two new tail light ass bought our car there in 2015, but our most recent state inspection visit left us feeling ripped off. They placed an order for two new tail light assemblies; telling us that our car would fail inspection without them, and placing a rejection sticker on the car until we returned to have the new assemblies installed. We paid for the order, but when we inspected the car at home, we discovered that only one tail light assembly was defective. We also noticed an extra charge on our bill for using a credit card. Casey Kia had never charged us for using a credit card before. After seeing our pictures of the two tail light assemblies, they admitted that only one needed replacing. They agreed to refund our purchase of the unneeded assembly and we refused to pay the credit card surcharge. Rather than refunding both charges to our credit card, the manager said he would "mail us a check." We are still waiting for the check. We're very disappointed to see the changes at Casey Kia. More

Perks with the vehicle are great got a great deal for the vehicle I wanted. My only concern is the paperwork process could have been handled better. I was informed the day prior when I arrived the next day w vehicle I wanted. My only concern is the paperwork process could have been handled better. I was informed the day prior when I arrived the next day with check in hand, tags and titles would be completed but it was not. So we arrive at 12:30am & we didn’t leave until 2pm, once the admin completed the tags and title paperwork. Lastly, I didn’t think the approach of trying to sell me a higher protection on my vehicle after I handed the check over to complete my payment was inappropriate. I did receive a dependable vehicle and I appreciate Casey Kia providing this for me. However, the information stated above left me with an unpleasant experience hospitality wise. More
