Buying your vehicle is easy, the sales team is great and works with you nicely. Once you get the vehicle and have to go to financial, that’s where the nightmare starts. The financial manager is rude, and if works with you nicely. Once you get the vehicle and have to go to financial, that’s where the nightmare starts. The financial manager is rude, and if you don’t get to buy the add ons he offers, it gets even worse. Communicating with financial is a nightmare, they would not communicate at all regarding the payoff or loan status at all. This dealership has great management overall, but financial department could use an update. This is my second vehicle with this dealership, and even when I love the service I have received from all the other departments, I won’t go back to there to avoid such a disorganized transaction with the financial department. I purchased a used 2021 K-5 Kia on 9-10-2021. My salesperson was Mr. Jacob Martinez Flores (1168). He was awesome. He has a godly spirit about himself. It was pleasant to work with him. After, I purchased the vehicle he said congratulations and if I had any questions or concerna don't hesitate to call him. The car had a couple of very noticeable rock chips on the hood and I was not going to purchase the vehicle. Mr. Jacob said he would get that taken care of. He followed through from the beginning to end. Job well-done. I told Mr. Jacob that I look forward to working with him again on my next vehicle ee purchase and that he couldn't quit until the purchase of the vehicle we talked about. Thanks again. God has great plans for your life. The price of the vehicle was $32,980.00 and the down payment was $20,000. I was sent to Rashan T. Taliaterro (810) the finance manager who wrote up the invoice. When he was done with me, I asked him why I still owed $21,572.03 with a down payment of $20,000.00. He stated to me that the balance was right and that he wouldn't try to cheat me because he goes to church and he was a child of God. Child of God? God doesn't deal in sin. I said okay, but explain these figures because they don't add up. He then stated that he couldn't explain, but they were right. I called him the following day to let him know that I needed to come back up there and have him to explain my ticket becuase it doesnt add up and I wasnt satisfied. I told him I was on my way and he said okay. When I got there he had left. They then had me to speak to Aaron M. Mcgriff (92). I explained what was going o to Mr. Aaron. The conversation basically went in one ear and out the other. I was in the process of ordering mats and rain guards. Mr. Aaron offered and paid for my mats. I still was feeling some type of way because $6,000 was added to the price of the vehicle in exted warranties that I didn't ask for that Rashan slipped in there without my permission. I then realized that it wasn't that he couldn't explain, he didn't want to because he knew what he had done. I then needed to speak to the manager, Mr. Roberto. I spoke to Mr. A.J. to let him know what was going on. He assured me that he would let Mr. Roberto know ( which was not true). He tried to keep me from talking to Mr. Roberto because he didn't want Mr. Roberto to know what he had done. I decided to contact Mr. Roberto myself and tell him what was going on. He then sent me to Mr. James who apologized for Rashaun's actions and gave me a breakdown. An extended warranty of $6,000 was added to the price of my vehicle, but not included in the price of the vehicle. Mr James said it was a good packet and that he had it on his vehicle. Mr. James also told me with the key assist I was entitled to one key every year. I told him that I didn't need a key every year and that I had a 2006 Kia Sedona and still had the same keys when I purchased the vehicle from here in 2006. He then stated that I could sell the key on the interney and put a couple of hundreds of dollars in my pocket. I don't do crook stuff but to each is his own. When I told him to take off the warranties he said I couldn't at first, but then the second time he said there would be a charge to remove it. The last time I went to this Kia when I saw Rashan, Aaron, and James the put their head down and looked away. Long story short Mr. Roberto took care of it. Alicia More
