They simply ignored the warranty. Stated it was not covered. KIA corporate called and informed them it was. The "Service Manager" tried to bully me into paying in cash around 2400.00 USD. KIA corpor covered. KIA corporate called and informed them it was. The "Service Manager" tried to bully me into paying in cash around 2400.00 USD. KIA corporate saved me from these unethical people. Save yourself the grief. Buy your Vehicle online from a reputable dealer. And schedule maintenance in Richmond. More
