Johnnie went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me get into the exact vehicle I WANTED. Spoke with me like he knew me my whole life and not like I was a random customer or a dollar amount. My bank recommended Casey as preferred buyers too. So after getting in contact with them I drove from S. Prince George to Newport News. No regrets. I am pleased as punch. Aaron got me set up with Johnnie and we started the art of haggling in the best way. Johnnie made it easy for me to find what I needed in a car. And it just turned out it’s what I wanted too. We had great conversations over features and car techie stuff. It felt really good when Roberto stopped over and made sure I was doing well. We were all putting time and effort in. No one wanted me to leave without a car—including myself. Long story short we found a great pairing of a 2021 Kia Sorento SX with the right price. I’m telling you this car looks HOT in black.
