It took me three visits to the service department 1 by appointment and 2 unannounced visit to get them to correct the problem with my car,the service assistant Christine told me one thing the visit and t appointment and 2 unannounced visit to get them to correct the problem with my car,the service assistant Christine told me one thing the visit and they did totally the opposite I finally convinced them after 2 failed attempts that the car a Kia Forte had a bad ignition coil .I left the service department persuaded that they did not wanted to honor my warranty and when I came to pick up my car they were not very friendly at all.I rather have my car towed 50 miles away then to visit that dealership again.
