Thank you for your updated response regarding your interaction with our dealership. On behalf of the dealership, I apologize for any inconveniences this incident has created for you. There are many factors involved in the purchase of a vehicle, including selecting the vehicle you desire, finding a lender that will extend credit for your purchase, the initial investment, and your monthly payments, to name a few. Just like buying a home, when a lender extends credit to an individual, many times there are stipulations that need to be met, prior to funding. These are the banks requirements, not ours. We make several attempts to resolve the outstanding issues in a good faith effort to assist the customer and protect the interests of the lender. When we are unable to provide the required documentation, we are left with very few options. The events you described are as rare, as the customers that are unable to have their information verified by the lender. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
