Typical Car Salesman In the beginning of this experience, about a month ago, this seemed like a smooth process but, since purchasing the car Casey Kia has really dropped t In the beginning of this experience, about a month ago, this seemed like a smooth process but, since purchasing the car Casey Kia has really dropped the ball. They were smooth enough to execute the sale but did not take care of the paperwork for the sale until much later. We purchased the car on the 3rd of October and had a trade in. We told the salesman, Charles, the date that the next payment was due on the car, which would be October 18, and he assured us that the car payment would not be taken from our account because that would be more than enough time to process the trade. The car payment was debited from our account and when we contacted Kia about it they said that they submitted the payment a few days before the payment due date. Also, it is currently the 25 of October, and we have not been contacted about our license plates so I called because the 30 day tags are about to expire, the representative on the phone says that the plates are in and have been since the 19 and she doesn’t know why we have not been contacted about them. Overall, would I suggest Casey Kia to a friend? Absolutely not! More

AMAZING Charles was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. No only did he explain and walk me through everything to me and answer all of my many questions, but he stayed with me Charles was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. No only did he explain and walk me through everything to me and answer all of my many questions, but he stayed with me throughout the entire process (from 9am to 8pm). I came in for service on my 2014 Optima but left with a 2018 Sorento. He said to me "once a customer, now a lifetime friend". He did indeed treat me as such. Even when I felt skeptical, reassured me of all the details and never made me feel pressured. I couldn't have asked for a better person to sell me this 2018 Sorento.
