Great experience!! Laura Gayle was by far the nicest woman I've encountered with. I've had a rough time searching for a vehicle due to my circumstances. Casey Kia was my Laura Gayle was by far the nicest woman I've encountered with. I've had a rough time searching for a vehicle due to my circumstances. Casey Kia was my last and final stop before I gave up. Then I met Laura, she was very kind and welcoming. I had my wife and daughter along with me and Laura was very helpful. She gave my daughter a coloring book to keep busy, she even offered to hold her. My daughter seemed to love Laura as well! They have a kids area there at Casey Kia along with a nice waiting area with refreshments! Which I thought was very cool. I felt Laura went above and beyond! Laura sat with me for hours. Not once did she seem impatient! She kept a smile on her face everyday I met with her, she even came in on her day off!!! I can't thank her enough! For her kindness & patience!
