She is always courteous, precise and never left me hanging on details. Ill always be greatful to Dan as well for taking his time out to make sure there were no issues and i applaud the pride in his service. Everyone was easy to communicate with and they genuinely knew their stuff. Excellent customer service throughout the whole experience and i appreciate their strive to go above and beyond their duties. I'd recommend them for anyone doing business with the service center. I wrote a previous, negative review, about my experience with Casey Toyota. I bought a used car from them, and had it break down about two months later. Upon calling the dealership, there was some confusion with Casey Toyota. I bought a used car from them, and had it break down about two months later. Upon calling the dealership, there was some confusion about whether or not the repair would be covered by warranty. It took a while, but they put me in a complimentary rental while my car was getting fixed. The engine ended up needing to be completely rebuilt, and the work was completely covered by the warranty. Although my previous review was unfavorable, I feel like Casey Toyota redeemed themselves, and ended up taking really good care of me and my car. I’m very happy with their willingness to work with their customers to find a solution. More
I haven't ever written a review of anything but feel like i have to for this dealership because of the horrible experience it is each time i have to take my sienna in. i dread taking it in for oil chan like i have to for this dealership because of the horrible experience it is each time i have to take my sienna in. i dread taking it in for oil changes, inspections, flat tires...it is always a fight. Every time I drop my car off for any service I always get a call with a list of "recommendations". Being handy, we usually take care of these items ourselves (ex: brakes, filters..etc). We usually find that these "needed recommendations" are to needed at all. The van was purchased new in 2009 with all packages included and it has mini al mileage on it...not enough to warrant all the maintenance they say is so needed. The dealership where we used to live was phenomenal and I never had to fight anything but I have yet to walk out of this dealership feeling happy. I have had to fight every package that we bought (maintenance, tire protection, etc) and I always feel swindled. This is the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with! More

This is the second purchase I have made through Casey Toyota, and Melissa Gary ensured that it would not be my last. Melissa was thorough throughout the test drives, she provided pertinent information and demonstrated an excellent grasp of all the features of each car. She also seemed genuinely interested in getting me into a car that I wanted to drive, whereas in the past I’ve been more or less thrown off track by the salesperson wanting to impress me with the latest and greatest thing, or trying to sell me a feature that I didn’t really want or need. Additionally, when it came time to actually buy the car, she did an excellent job of ensuring that I understood the process, warranty features, and documentation. The wait times (however short) were explained, and even though there seemed to be a lot going on the sales floor, she made it seem as if I were the only customer in the place and ensured that the whole financing process went as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Melissa Gary to anyone looking for a new car. More
My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Melissa Gary. We test drove several different new cars (RAV4, Venza 6-cylinder, Venza 4-cylinder) over several days. She was never pushy. I had found a used Venza over the internet, located at Casey Honda in Newport News. The used car was in the color that my wife was looking for. Melissa had the used car brought up to Williamsburg for us to look at. We drove the used car and liked it. However, we were still unsure that we wanted to buy a used car. Melissa arranged for us to take the car home for a few days for an extended test drive. We really appreciate that she went above and beyond what a salesperson normally does. This is our second car that we have purchased from Casey. We bought a minivan through Ellen Stilwell many years ago. That was another wonderful experience. Thanks Melissa for your hard work and patience! Would highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking to purchase a new/used car! Never lose that personal touch Melissa! You're awesome! More
This is my second car I have purchased from them, and they treated me with upmost respect both times. But Melissa and Mike helped me and wife to get the truck that we wanted instead downsizing on our choice. I will always recommend them every time. They are amazing people and when me and my wife are ready for a new vehicle I know where I will be going! More

My husband bought a 2012 Tacoma about six months ago with this dealership. The salesperson and previous finance person saw my husband coming because they seemed so bent on a sale that they got him into this this dealership. The salesperson and previous finance person saw my husband coming because they seemed so bent on a sale that they got him into this truck at a very high interest rate. The finance guy telling us we could refinance in a month, later changing his story to six months after the sale was made. So it being over six months, I brought the Tacoma in for a service and decided to ask about the refinance. I was advised that the previous finance guy was no longer employed there. James Roth took me right back and assured me that he would make things right for us. He called Robert Hobbs to help us out and get our refinance information collected. Robert also advised that they would be happy to refinance our 2007 Miata as well. Both cars had very high interest rates. Long story short, in one day's time, they not only had us with new lower interest loans, saving us several hundred dollars a month, but they restored our faith in this dealership. We will definitely return to this dealer for future business and will tell our friends and neighbors about their excellent service as well. Thank you again, Robert and James!!! More

Ms. Melissa Gary was the sales representative that helped me make my purchase possible. I found her to be pleasant and professional. She assisted me through the entire process. When I had questions, even when those questions came about after business hours, Melissa was there for me. Once the deal was complete, I didn't feel like I was just another sale, but someone whose needs were continually being met. This is something I especially liked. She periodically checked in to see how things were going with my recent purchase. I left with a positive experience and I would recommend the dealership and Ms. Melissa Gary to my friends. They definitely know how to treat their customers. Never did we expect to have fun buying a new car. Our salesman, Allen Lind, was very patient and very thorough. He knows the product inside and out. During the entire experience we were treated very well. We left with a brand new car and a great feeling of knowing we are in good hands. When it's time to replace the older Camry, we will without a doubt go back! As far as service, we have dealt with them for several years now with our older car and have never received anything but good service and very friendly people. Thanks for a great experience!!! More
