Serviced new GMC Sierra for first time for oil change. Was told 4 recalls which is fine but would take all day and had no loaners. I would think they would have told me when confirming my appointment. Onl Was told 4 recalls which is fine but would take all day and had no loaners. After finding the perfect used truck at Castle via the internet, I contacted them and arranged a test drive and financing approval as I was coming from 3 hours away. As of December 27, 2019, the sales manager I worked with told me at the Elk Grove Castle Chevrolet the Internet price is the lowest the price will be at Elk Grove. When I walked him through my offer and exp told me at the Elk Grove Castle Chevrolet the Internet price is the lowest the price will be at Elk Grove. When I walked him through my offer and explained why I thought I could pay what I offered, including the discounts, he then proceeded to show me that the price he was going to offer me was $2000 more than asking price online. None of my rationale for pricing was refuted so I left. More

Extremely Satisfied with my purchase and experience I looked up pricing online, compared it to other dealerships. Price was ultra competitive. Was met/greeted by Nate Montoya. Very friendly and knowledg I looked up pricing online, compared it to other dealerships. Price was ultra competitive. Was met/greeted by Nate Montoya. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the price break down. Explained any differences from the internet price to the pricing at the dealership. There wasn't any wool pulled over my eyes, no surprises. Financing department was was efficient. I suggest going early or off peak to avoid having to wait for other customers getting their credit run (it started getting really busy as I left with my new car). Total process took 1.5 hours. Much better than my previous experience at other dealerships (3-4 hours average). Car was received clean. All explanations were performed clearly and thoroughly. I would be happy to go through that experience again. More
