Absolute garbage dump of a dealer. Sent a request for info about a car, and the dealership called me back and said the car was available, and asked when I could come check it out. I asked them if I drive over there now (40 minutes away), would they promise to not sell it before I got there. They said they would hold it, no problem. So I drove over there at lunch, drove the car, talked to the salesmen, and seemed like a good deal. I asked them for financing numbers and if I could do a PPI on the car at a shop right down the street. They brought me out numbers, and we compared with financing numbers I was getting from my bank, so they went back to check with the finance manager. They then came back and said they COULD match the numbers of the bank, but that their sales manager had taken a deposit from an out of state buyer on the car earlier is that morning and had not told them, and they could not sell me the car. I have purchased MANY cars in my life, Toyotas, BMWs, Audis, Porsches, and I have NEVER experienced incompetence of this level. Complete and utter clown-show, and a absolute waste of time More
