We discussed my needs a I was just "shopping" no real intension of buying. Sales rep Brent Sharp went above and beyond to help me find a car I needed. We discussed my needs and desires for the kind of car I was looking for. We found one and started negotiating, but I was still a little unsure, he continued to look and found the perfect car for me. A Buick Lucerne, slightly more miles than I wanted but the car looked new inside and out, being owned by someone who obviously "Babied" her car and took very good care of it and was faithful in it's upkeep and maintainance, and Brent's excellent service sealed the deal for me, I walked, no drove out of the lot with a car that I'm sure will be the last car I will need. Brent worked with me politely, patiently, and a smile throughout the entire process, he is a good salesman, and we negotiated a price that I know cut into his commission, he was sold on giving me the car I needed and not on the commission he wanted.
