During my last visit I was told I needed $500 in additional repairs and maintenance on my Subaru Outback. I did not have $500 but was told it could wait to next oil change. Just before the oil change I had it checked by an independent mechanic shop. NONE of the work was necessary. I was being mislead. Trust has been broken, beware they may have integrity issues in their service department. More
Warranty work and Oil leak repair I had my 2015 Forester in for warranty work on the rear coil springs, and to check for an engine oil leak. The warranty work on the spring was comple I had my 2015 Forester in for warranty work on the rear coil springs, and to check for an engine oil leak. The warranty work on the spring was completed in a timely manner. The engine oil leak would take more time to repair. I was given a loaner car to use until my car was completed. Service Consultant Juan Torres was very friendly and helpful in getting everything I needed to make my visit a pleasant one. I have 2 Foresters a 2015 and 2016 which have both been serviced at Castle and I have never had a problem with and of the service work preformed. More

Castle picked up the car from my home in Beverly Shores and returned it 3 hours later I had my first service experience with Castle on my new Outback. My salesman is Mark Sattler, and he and I have had a good relationship over the years. Steve, the service manager, has always been friendly and very helpful and I've never had problems that he hasn't been able to sort out. I originally changed to Castle (as it's now known) for my second Impreza because I didn't like the changes at my original dealer, and because they were part of the Costco plan. It has worked out very well for me. More

They were adhering to the social distancing rules at the service advisors desk and the customer waiting room is large enough that you did not need to sit close to anyone while waiting. Everyone was pleasant and all service was performed as expected. One of the things I always enjoy is the complimentary free car wash. More

I always felt taken advantage of especially being a female. I was told I needed a major service completed and not wanting to deal with the service at the previous dealership I found Castle Subaru. To my surprise they went above and beyond to assist me and make me feel at ease. I would highly recommend them and may even go back later for a trade in due to their great service. More
not satisifed with quality of work or feedback Not sure if they can find the problem correctly. After spending $500 to have a vapor leak fixed. Less than 2 weeks later service engine light comes on Not sure if they can find the problem correctly. After spending $500 to have a vapor leak fixed. Less than 2 weeks later service engine light comes on again. Told it was a vapor leak. But not the same one they just fixed. Spent another $500 to fix. Not sure if I will take car back again. Had to call and find out about car. No follow up except to say they will have to keep car because part did not come in. Over a 4 week period they had my car 11 days. More
