I have been going to Medved for regular maintenance on my vehicle and I am really glad I took the time to go over and see what was new in the showroom. The sales person that approached me was really frie vehicle and I am really glad I took the time to go over and see what was new in the showroom. The sales person that approached me was really friendly and really helpful, but I wasn't sure at first that I was ready to purchase a new car. We started out by test driving the V6 Mustang (which was great), but decided that was not the car for me. Then he suggested I go look at the 2011 Ford Fusion. I thought for sure that even if I liked the car, they would not be able to help me since I still owed money on my Explorer. Well, with a little time and him asking me questions on what I felt I could afford (rather then telling me like other dealers), I decided to move forward with the purchase of the Fusion. Once we decided on a fair sales price for the Fusion and a fair trade in value for my Explorer, it was time to go see the finance person. Not only did I get a lower monthly payment than what I expected, I was able to add maintenance, GAP, and a 6 year 84k warranty on the car. Wow! When I was leaving the sales person I worked with offered to show me how to pair my phone to the Sync system and point out some other details. I had to go home to feed the dogs and do some other things, but I came back the next morning and didn't have to wait. He was available and willing to show me everything. Everyone that greeted me when I came in treated me like I was family. I didn't want to leave. If you have some time go and see these people. I don't think you will be dissapointed. I always bring my truck to MedVed Ford at Castle Rock. I have always been treated with courtesy and great service. The current Quick Lane rep is Chris. He has been very courteous and helpful.
