We have had good service from Toyota on our other vehicles, and felt we were given a fair deal. They went over the car top to bottom, and listed things that may need addressed in the future, but repaired critical items during their initial check. They have a good, friendly staff, and ar straight forward with you, not making promises they will not stand behind. More

We were given enough purchase options so as not to be considered targeted for a specific vehicle or type of contract. The sales staff was informative and friendly. The only drawback to having a really great experience, was in the conditions of trade-in, which involved title swaps on more than one vehicle. We believe that enough information was conveyed early, such that a highly experienced staff would have responded with instruction as to what had to transpire privately with the Motor Vehicles division prior to closing on the new vehicle selected. The expression "we can take care of that" was believed to be heard in early discussion, however, more leg-work was then required on our part to expedite schedule and control administrative cost than first expected. Overall however, a great vehicle and good experience was the result. Would recommend. More

The Best Experience Ever We went to CR Toyota with an unusual situation as we were dealing with an out of state lease car. After telling our situation to Tim Valentine(sales and leasing agent) he wasn't sure he could help us because of it being out of state. We left and went out to the used car lot just to see what they had in a used Toyota and was very impressed with the quality and inventory of good clean used cars. We decided to just ask some questions that might be an answer to our mess. Tim listened and was very thorough in finding us what we were looking for. He went the extra mile in searching for the right vehicle for us. He then hooked us up with Tim Steel (used vehicle sales manager) who listened and got us a great price to go with the great car. He likewise went the extra mile to figure out the lease situation and offered to help us solve the problem. We convened for the weekend and met up on Monday with yet another member of the team, Curt Wiedemeier(finance staff) who helped us by likewise going the extra mile and contacting the necessary out of state people and getting the deal finalized. All of the above team were very helpful but never pushy. They took a genuine interest in our situation and listened and found us a great solution and gave us options to choose from. We would highly recommend them all and want to thank them all again for making the process of buying a great used car the best experience we have ever had buying a car,(and we have bought a lot of cars in our lifetime).We can't say enough good things about CR Toyota and their great team work.
