Best car buying experience ever! All 5 stars from me and my family. We upgraded from a car to an SUV because of our growing family. Our appointment was right after I got off work an All 5 stars from me and my family. We upgraded from a car to an SUV because of our growing family. Our appointment was right after I got off work and my kids hadn't eaten yet. So we picked up some food and were just going to quickly eat it in their lobby (young boys 3 and 1) Brad and Phil told us to come on in, Phil completely cleared off one of his tables in his office so my wife and boys could eat while we did paperwork. Brad even went and got them forks and napkins. Very very accommodating the entire time. Phil was so patient as well, my 3 year old terrorized his desk and Phil didn't bat an eye, they both loved it. I was given more for my trade than anywhere else and also found the best price on an Equinox that I could find. I searched auto trader for a similar Equinox within a 300 mile radius, there were no matches. Tim, the sales manager has always treated me very well, he has always been patient with my pickiness and knows that I am a savvy buyer and doesn't mess with the numbers at all. I will never buy another vehicle from another dealership after this past experience. Everything, everyone was great. More
