I had been so happy with my 2011 Camry leasing experience and struggled as to whether to keep the car. He was more than willing to go get me the color I wanted and made that happen as soon as I communicated my interest in a slate gray. It was an extremely positive experience without stress during a somewhat stressful time in my life. The only down side was that someone get ahead of me when I was doing the finance paperwork during my lunch hour so that took longer than I expected, but in general the experience was positive and Alan's assistance was flawless.
