Cedar Rapids Toyota responded to a request for a quick turn around on my recent purchase. I arrived Satutday morning, wanting to have the vehicle that day. When that was not possible, they arranged a l turn around on my recent purchase. I arrived Satutday morning, wanting to have the vehicle that day. When that was not possible, they arranged a loaner car for me. It made a big difference since I had been driving a U-Haul due to an across-the- country move. Alan, the sales person was knowlegeable and on the ball - he even gave me a ride from my hotel. Many thanks! More
