I enjoyed my experience. Alanwas prompt when I messaged him and answered all my questions. I was not prepared to buy that day but did and have no regrets. I took my Scion IQ in because the air was not working. I was quoted a price to repair of approx. $1600. Since my car has such low miles, The dealer automatically filed a claim with Toyota for me and my air was quoted a price to repair of approx. $1600.
