I told him what I was looking for and he showed a car on the lot that was the model I was looking for. He spent time going over all the updates to the new RAV4. I was wanting a different color car but same style. They didn't have one on the lot but he was able to quickly find the exact car that I wanted. Upon delivery of the car Alan spent time with me helping me to program the car and and making sure I was aware of all the functions. He made buying a new car so easy. We also worked with Tiffany Houck in the finance department. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in setting up finance for our new RAV4.
