Outstanding (Alan M) customer service from start to finish. Alan M. helped me with purchasing a 2013 Toyota Sienna; but the outstanding experience began days before any paper work was signed! Alan was very e Alan M. helped me with purchasing a 2013 Toyota Sienna; but the outstanding experience began days before any paper work was signed! Alan was very easy to work with, and the highlight of my experience with him is how understanding he was and how he listened to what I wanted. I let him know up front what our budget was, and what we needed our monthly payments to be. We were looking for a van; Alan let us know about a van he thought would be great for us...and when it turned out that it was too outside our monthly budget, he let us know this right away but continued looking for another van that fit our budget. He did not pressure us or try and “talk” us into any pricier vans or upgraded amenities. He was forward with me (showed me an estimate of total costs, trade in value of my old van and showed us what our monthly payments would be if we were approved. The final price and monthly cost turned out to be almost the exact amount he had shown us (actually less than what he had shown us). I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to work with Alan. I honestly can’t write enough good things about my experience at Toyota and Alan! TLDR: - Alan respected my budget and did not pressure me AT ALL into any upgrades or additional charges. - Continued looking for other vans that was within our budget. - Upfront and honest. - Gave me estimated costs (total cost, monthly payment, trade in value) that was almost exactly what I was approved for...$10 difference.
