With reqirements set before Alan Makabi, he was able to find an SUV. The SUV included a full sun/moon roof, remote start and the most important requirement was so my 80 year old mother could get in and out of it easily due to her mobility issues. Alan was able to meet and exceed all of my expectations. He took care of me as well as my mother. Going over the financing was not difficult either. Wendy Nelson explained all of the financial and warrenty details with care. Her explanation was clear, concise, and down-to-earth. I was able to drive out of the dealership with my new RAV4. My overall impression of Toyota of Cedar Rapids, is one of excellence. They made my car buying experience stress free and I have a beautiful 2019 RAV4. More

Perfect fit I'd considered several vehicles for my expanding vehicle needs. I needed to add a heavier towing option. I came into CR Toyota with an idea of what I wanted. I met Chuck when he braved the frigid weather and came out to the lot. We took a Tacoma TRD Sport for a drive. It was not a good fit. Chuck didn't presuure. I didn't want the payments of new but also didn't want the uncertainty of used. Chuck said he would keep an eye for a CPO--there weren't many on the lot at the time. Chuck kept in touch to give me updates even though want I wanted still wasn't there. One day I was online looking again, there was a possibility. I contacted CR Toyota on a Sunday evening via chat. Chuck responded the next morning, I came by, test drove, and we came to an agreement. I've been coming to CR Toyota for 9 years. New purchase in 2010 and all services since then. All staff have been decent, interested, and considerate everytime. Some, I talk to everytime as well. When I was looking this time, I'd received recommendations for other dealerships but the service, staff, and customer service of CR Toyota make me feel valued and comfortable. Stress free buying experience with a personal touch It was great to be able to see the dealership’s inventory and prices on their website so I could research which vehicle I wanted to look at in advance It was great to be able to see the dealership’s inventory and prices on their website so I could research which vehicle I wanted to look at in advance. I submitted my information online and shortly after had a phone conversation with Alan regarding my intentions. He answered all of my questions professionally and worked around my busy schedule to meet for a test drive. Upon arrival at the dealership, the vehicle I came to see had been set aside and was ready. Alan demonstrated many of the features of the vehicle to me and I took it for a test drive. I was able to have a genuine conversation about the value of the vehicle I was planning to purchase. We looked at, but I chose not to test drive, one other model and discussed other upcoming models. This is something I brought up and wanted to do. Alan asked me if I wanted to move forward with purchasing the RAV4 I came to look at. We went inside and sat down to talk numbers. I asked for a breakdown of the best out the door price they could offer including vehicle cost, tax, tags, doc fees, everything. Alan calculated this and wrote them down for me and answered my questions accordingly. We also negotiated a couple additional accessories I wanted that weren’t already equipped. I knew exactly what I was going to be paying and what was included. The dealership was running a promo on financing which was actuallly lower than the rates available through my local credit union. I financed with the dealership for the best rate and the convenience. I was able to enter my credit information via a secure website in advance. Paperwork signing was made easy by use of modern technology. I was able to write a check for the down payment. Thanks to the staff for staying a little past closing time, I was able to drive my new to me ride home that same day. More
