Terry is the man! This is the seventh vehicle my wife and I have leased with Terry. We always feel comfortable leaving the dealership knowing we got the best deal possible. We trust him and value the relationship we have developed. He goes over all the features of the vehicle, and makes sure our phones are synched before we leave so we don't have to do it ourselves. He really goes above and beyond. Wendy in the Finance Department is great as well! She remembers us every time we come in, and enjoys hearing how everything's been going since the previous time we were in. I got the chance to work with Bethany and she went above and beyond to make sure I found The staff at Cedar Rapids Toyota was phenomenal to work with. I got the chance to work with Bethany and she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Bethany made sure that the car was perfect before leaving the shop going as far to replace a piece of trim around the windshield that had a scratch on it. She took the time to explain every feature of the car before I left the dealership as well as help me setup thr Bluetooth to my phone. I also got to work with Wendy to hash out the finances and all the paperwork. She was patient and did everything to make sure I got the best rate and deal possible whether it was with Toyota or my personal credit union. I definitely would recommend going out to Cedar Rapids Toyota. More
