When we got there he went over everything very thoroughly with us. He is very knowledgeable about all the accessories on the Highlander. He even had programmed several things into our vehicle, including our home address in the navigation system. He made us feel very comfortable and made sure to tell us to call if we had any questions or concerns. I won’t buy another car from anyone else from now on. Thank you Terry! More

Taking extra pictures to help answer my questions before I made a long drive to look at the vehicle. It was because of my gut feeling with the conversation with Terri on the phone and that the vehicle was cpo that I drove an extra two hours past the only other similar vehicle configuration I was looking for.. The only negative was that it would have been nice to have a few pics of the couple of scratches that were touched up, even though they were minor. it would not of changed my decision to come since they were so minor. Terri was very helpful and offered to hold a small deposit to ensure the vehicle didn't sell before I could get there. Once I arrived they were very helpful and friendly. No pressure. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, The whole experience was easy and professional from beginning to end. I feel like I got a great truck at a great price with a certified preowned warranty plus. If I lived anywhere within a reasonable drive this would be my Toyota dealership. More
