The process in which it took for me to finalize this purchase was immensely stressful and seemingly hazy + unfair. I had communicated a clear intention to purchase that vehicle the day of, at the time of walk-in, and was told I had to wait to purchase the vehicle until the following morning in order for the financing department to get approval (this was 30 mins to their closing). When I contacted the salesperson the following morning to see what time I were to come and complete the title process, I was surprised to be told that he was with my car and currently test driving it with another potential buyer and my ability to purchase now relied on the individual "with the keys in their hands". Especially since I was told the evening before that I would have to wait and finalize the next day; it was incredibly unfair for there to be another individual test driving when I was told all we needed was the financing to be complete that morning. At the time of signing, there was confusion from the financial department as they had submitted an application for the vehicle under a different individual with a similar name, causing all of the financial portion of the application to have to be retracted and repeated with my information. However, whenever face to face interactions occurred, they were always considerate and accommodating. More
