Wendy walked me through the process and paperwork and answered every (probably silly) question I had. Then Alan walked me through all of the car features, setting up my phone, etc., so the car was set up exactly how I wanted it and I knew what everything was. I was pretty intimidated by the car buying process and they made everything so simple. They were upfront, very friendly, had the perfect amount of communication throughout the process, and I will absolutely buy from them in the future. More

We told them what we wanted for a trade on our 2014 and the additional items we wanted to add to the car and it was no problem. In fact, it was so easy, we drove our new car home that same day. We tried to work a deal with another Toyota dealer south of C.R. but they were not willing to give us what we wanted for a trade.Mike Leuenburger was instrumental in helping us get the best deal here. C.R. Toyota's new building is very clean and up to date and it was comfortable waiting to get all the paperwork done. And.... they have popcorn too. We are second time buyers from this dealer and are very happy we traded with them again. Oh yes, I forgot to mention that since we are second time buyers, we have had a relationship with this service dept. and they are the easiest to provide service without a lot of wait time and their mechanics do a great job with service.
