I have never been ashamed on the recording i heard from my fiance in regards to Jerry talking to her and very disappointed on the services. We talked to the service manager and the employee got sent home for discriminating. I will never ever go back to CR Toyota after today. I will pay more money to get my vehicle serviced but not CR Toyota. My fiance was discriminated in front of everyone. More
