First new car purchase in 8 years Our experience was great from start to finish. Wyatt greeted us at the door, introduced himself, and made us feel at ease. We already had a vehicle in mind to test drive, Wyatt told us some basic information, we both took the Yaris iA for a drive, he answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable and personable. We never felt pressured to make a decision, which was nice. We texted Wyatt the next day after discussing at home, got a call back from him promptly and he congratulated us on our new vehicle. The day after we returned to complete the paperwork and financing, Bill was equally knowledgeable and personable in going over the details with us. All around a great experience, Cedar Rapids Toyota has upped its game from 8 years ago when we purchased our last car, a 2009 Yaris hatchback. Given this experience and the quality, reliabilty, and overall value of Toyota, we will be returning to this dealership in years to come. More
