Once I decided on the car, he took extra care in preparing it for me to take home, and showed me how to effectively use the technology installed within it . He was extremely personable and happy to answer any questions I had. Overall I could tell that Kevin thoroughly enjoys what he does and takes pride in making the car-buying process as painless as possible. When it came to financing, Curt Wiedemeier once again made me feel like I was in good hands. Because I have never owned a car, he took time explaining everything in detail and answering my questions. He took into consideration that I had limits when it came to monthly payments, and did everything he could to get my rates as low as possible. Great experience. I found my pre-owned Honda Odyssey van online and contacted the dealership through that outlet. They contacted me back within an hour and after asking I found my pre-owned Honda Odyssey van online and contacted the dealership through that outlet. They contacted me back within an hour and after asking for permission my salesman Alen called me and we talked for a bit about the van, the online purchase process, my trade in vehicle, etc. We thoi guy about it for a day or so while the van was going through their inspection and detail cleaning process. The next day we negotiated a deal and I made a deposit over the phone (I live 2.5 hrs away from this dealership) that was a Wednesday on Saturday o drove over. He even stayed late in assisting me with looking at RAV4's new and used. I had originally spoke with the Honda dealership and was seriously considering purchasing a CRV. After spending time with Spencer discussing the RAV4 and test driving it I changed my mind. We've owned a Sienna for 15 years and loved this vehicle. Toyota's are know for reliability. The service I received from Spencer at Toyota was top notch (no comparison to the Honda dealership). My husband and I purchased a 2017 RAV4 and absolutely LOVE this vehicle. The day we picked up our RAV4 Spencer couldn't be there so Alan assisted us. Alan was an amazing salesperson as well. He programmed things into the RAV4 and showed my husband all the features of the RAV4. Alan even took our picture beside our new vehicle with a bow on it! Kudo's to Spencer and Alan!! I dealt with Wendy in financing and Curt stepped in for Wendy the day we picked up our RAV4. Both were excellent at their jobs.
