He understood my dilemma and took ownership of it to help find the vehicle of my choice and resolve the issue with my trade-in. The entire staff was very friendly, and respectful. I noticed several times while Danny was working for me on a better deal that the staff was non-intrusive to customers when they were just looking and extremely helpful when approached. Curt was very efficient and to the point handling the financial aspect of the deal, and kept me entertained during the process. His no-nonsense approach to warranties, extras, etc. made it easy to understand and select the best option for me. I own three vehicles, a Mercedes, BMW and now a Toyota. The staff at CR Toyota ranks up there with vehicles costing much more. Their professionalism, dedication, integrity made it easy, pleasurable and I am now considering my next vehicle purchase will be another Toyota. More

Dream came true! This was my second time back at Toyota looking for a vehicle. Finally, what car buying was meant to be like! Went looking at cars with my wife a couple of weeks ago. Stopped in to Cedar Rapids Toyota and met Alan Makabi. Not your typical car salesman. Nope. He just asks what you're looking for and then lets you sell yourself on the car. It's that simple. He even spent his own time searching for the exact model we wanted. We ended up leasing a Highlander XLE this time around. Wendy Nelson even made the financing easy peezy. And, I guarantee we'll be back to see Alan again for another one in 36 short months! Too bad I can only give these folk just 5 stars. Alan Makabi, Wendy Nelson, and CR Toyota are the perfect example of what buying or leasing a car should be like! More
