Good, better and the best!!!!! I have spent a couple of years looking at trading in my Prius, and spent some time last year talking to Spencer and decided last year that I would wai I have spent a couple of years looking at trading in my Prius, and spent some time last year talking to Spencer and decided last year that I would wait for another year. I was so impressed with Spencer, he was so kind and not at all pushy! Then this year, I was watching on line what was avaliable and saw what I wanted. I came in and ask for Spencer and within an hour I was ready to purchase the Rav4, I must admit that I had some special requests and he assisted me with them all.!!! That same day I met with Wendy who was also "the tops" and she had my paperwork done very quickly, and I was on my way. She was wonderful, fun to work with and very friendly. Came back on Friday and got my car and all went well. So five stars to Spencer and Wendy. I do not like the Web site, all the pop ups are very irritating, at times I could not even read about the cars because of a pop up telling me I could talk to someone now!! Plus numerous pop ups while I was looking, I would not even give it one star!! More
