I came to the dealer to get a white Jetta under a similar deal that I was offered from a different deal Carlos was a great guy and we got along well. After meeting with Carlos everything seemed fine until his sales manager, Brandon, became very rude and talked down to me saying I "didn't know simple math" and that my trade was worth less than any other dealer appraised it for, the jetta was too much car for me and I should go with "less car". My wife was with me and she watched be get belittled while I held my tongue. We left and unfortunately will not be returning. Carlos is great, Thomas was very nice over the phone, Brandon the manager ruined it. More
