Rick was very friendly to myself and my family, professional, and MOST important to me... honest. He is truly a class act and made my buying experience a great one. Jeff was very pleasant to work with as well. There wasn't the back and forth that can make your buying experience less than enjoyable. Straight shooter right from go. He also took the time out after my purchase, to make sure he showed me how the electronics in the car work. Another big plus in my book. Dean in the finance department was also very friendly. Answered all the questions I had, very honest, and genuinely cared that I had every perk I wanted with my car. Tyler was great as well. My salesman, Amir, was so patient with my whole fa To be honest I have never had a positive experience when buying a car. That changed this weekend. My salesman, Amir, was so patient with my whole family. He put on a movie in a spare office, for my kids and there was pizza brought into the dealership. My wife and I took turns test driving 4 different cars. At no point did Amir pressure us in any way. We went there thinking we would purchase a Ford Explorer, but ended up taking home a VW Atlas. It great that Central has so many different brands of cars at their location. The next time I am in need of a car, I will return. More
